At ConnectFSM, we’re always working to improve your experience and streamline your field service operations. Our latest update brings new features and fixes designed to make managing jobs, quotes, and invoices even more seamless. Here’s what’s new:
Enhanced Job & Quote Management
- Clear Quote Origins – Jobs now clearly indicate if they were created from a quote or estimate, giving you better visibility into your workflow.
- Quick Links for Efficiency – Create a job or quote directly from the customer list or customer detail page, speeding up your process.
- New Customer Creation on the Fly – No more backtracking! You can now create a new customer directly within the job or quote creation screen.
Improved Quote Controls
- Quote Validity Periods – You can now specify a default validity period for quotes in your settings, and this will be automatically reflected on the document.
- Controlled Quote Revisions – A new setting allows you to automatically delete all previous quote revisions when a quote is won, ensuring clarity and reducing clutter.
Credit Notes & Xero Integration
- Seamless Credit Notes – Create credit notes directly from invoices with automatic field mappings.
- Xero Sync & Payments – Generate and email credit note documents effortlessly while syncing them with Xero, including payment handling.
