ConnectFSM Update: Version 1.4

We’re excited to introduce ConnectFSM v1.4, which brings a major enhancement to how equipment is managed within the platform.


Equipment Register

A brand-new Equipment Register has been added to ConnectFSM. This powerful feature allows administrators and planners to:

  • Register individual equipment items against a site or customer.

  • Allocate work orders, inspections, and consumables to specific equipment.

  • Maintain a detailed log of actions, parts used, and scheduled maintenance.


Mobile App Integration

Field engineers can now:

  • View detailed information about equipment items associated with a job.

  • Complete inspections and tasks specific to an equipment item directly from the mobile app.

  • Access historical records and technical notes where available (if applicable).


This update improves traceability, accountability, and operational efficiency, ensuring engineers always have the right information at their fingertips.
